Times

Shipments are sent by courier BRT Corriere Espresso within the times expressed in the general conditions of online sales and reach their destination within 10 work days from the order confirmation date (15-20 days for customized products).

For deliveries to the islands of Sicily and Sardinia, delivery times can increase by 1 – 2 days. In the presence of force majeure (see the General Conditions of Sale) or strikes by the express courier, shipping times may be longer.

Damaged parcel

Any external damages or the mismatch in the number of packages or any indications must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, by placing the word “withdrawal with reserve” on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed within 8 (eight) days by means of the ‘sending a registered letter to the courier, whose address is shown on the accompanying document. In the specific case of a damaged package, write “withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged”.
Once the courier document has been signed, the Consumer will not be able to make any objection regarding the characteristics of the packages delivered, except as provided for in art. 14 of the Conditions of Sale (Right of Withdrawal).

If provided, the tracking number will be provided to check on the status of your order.
